Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries via live chat, email and phone
Offer guidance and troubleshoot support to assist clients
Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
Introduce financial products and services
Provide advanced financial customer service
Cooperate effectively with other departments
Contribute to teamwork to achieve goals
Identify areas for improvement and share suggestions and feedback with the team
Consult with appropriate specialist staff as required
Perform other duties as directed by manager
Requirements:
Business related degree and experience
Customer service/support experience required
Customer service/support experience in the financial industry preferred
Flexibility to work shift rotations is a must
Good command of the Arabic and English and French Language (oral and written) is a MUST, additional languages to be considered as advantage
Ability to multitask and highly adaptable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer literacy
