Position: Customer Support Representative

Working hours: 9/10am - 5/6pm EST

Company location: Canada (remote)

Candidates location: Latin America (LATAM)

Salary: $1.5k - $2K USD/ month + PTO

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ experience in a customer-facing support role.

  • Great English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable over Zoom-calls

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Skilled in communicating with executives and high-level clients.

  • Experience diagnosing customer issues, identifying solutions, and managing escalations.

  • Experience with representing the “Voice of the Customer”; documenting customer-driven insights and advocating internally for customer needs.

  • Exercises sound judgment in decision-making to consistently deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience creating customer support videos and articles.

  • Experience managing small projects and coordinating internal resources for customer satisfaction.

  • Experience with upsell opportunities and requesting customer testimonials/referrals.

  • Experience with churn prevention strategies
