The #1 goal of your role is to surprise our members with a great experience that turn them into ambassadors. Listen to members, learn and translate that cross functionally so our team can focus on the improvements that matter most to members. Your speciality is providing the best level of service in written Portuguese and English. You know when to spot a bug, irregularity on the app and improvements based on customer feedback.
This is a flexible work from home position of 25 hrs per week. The days and hours can be planned around your family life. This role will also fill 3 hrs on Saturday and 3 hrs on Sunday.
Your impact
- Screening: Moderate registrations on Safety, Effort and Mindset so our users don't have to deal with fakes, scammers and spammers and instead can match with like-minded, career-driven singles - from all walks of life - who put the effort into dating.
- Support: Give members a truly surprising Inner Circle experience by listening and providing high quality personable support. From solving technical issues to giving profile advice.
- Team focus: Be a team player that helps the teams focus on what matters most to members. Build a bridge to fill in the gap between customer experience, product development and marketing.
Requirements

You naturally provide the highest level of service and keep the members best interest in mind.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
You’re a true team player. Make sure to always proactively communicate about your work, keep the team’s best in the back of your mind. As well as communicating about bugs, ideas, improvements and other topics that might have an impact on the company.
You have a flexible mindset when it comes to working hours. Being able to jump in and help colleagues at busy times, work during the non-conventional hours such as evenings and weekends.
