As a key member of our internal ERP implementation and support team, the IT Sr. Business Analyst (Finance) will play a crucial role in rolling out and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across our REV sites. The responsibilities include understanding business processes, ensuring proper system configuration with minimal customizations, and maximizing efficiency. This position will participate in business process design, system setup, testing, user training, and ongoing support. As we grow and enhance our D365 support, your role will continue to evolve. This is a remote position, a person living near Ocala Florida, Decatur Indiana or Brookfield WI would be preferred, occasional on-site support required. Total travel to any site is no more than 10% – 30%. This position is specifically accounting focused.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Active Participation in D365 F&O Rollouts:
o Engage proactively in the implementation of D365 Finance and Operations. o On-site assistance with end users during key periods during the implementation.
o Collaborate with stakeholders during rollouts to ensure successful adoption.
2. System Configuration Expertise and Support
o Develop an in-depth understanding of D365 F&O setup and configuration.
o Optimize system settings while minimizing customizations.
o Troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets and work with end users for successful resolution.
3. Requirements Gathering and Implementation:
o Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze needs and design system solutions.
o Translate business processes and operational knowledge into clear requirements.
4. Global Standards and Process Streamlining:
o Document global standards for configuring companies on the D365 platform.
o Streamline setup processes for repeatability and efficiency.
5. Project Management and Issue Resolution:
o Manage small projects by identifying issues, defining requirements, and creating project plans.
o Resolve system-related challenges promptly.

6. Documentation and Training:

o Create system modules, specifications, diagrams, and user guides.
o Utilize Azure DevOps for effective project activities.
o Provide orientation and training to end users.
7. Professional Interaction and Compliance:
o Interface with users, system owners, and senior staff professionally.
o Uphold corporate governance and comply with SOX and legal regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Able to analyze the gap between a user request and the capability of the support application to determine if a customize is needed or the functionality exists. • Excellent written and oral communication.

• Acute attention to detail

  • Sense of urgency to complete activities during implementation as well as when supplying support
    • Comfortable travelling to business sites and working with teams to complete implementations.
    • Working knowledge of SQL, reading, and writing queries.
    • General knowledge of network, PC operations system, network hardware, protocol, and standards.
    • Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Able to travel domestically with a travel requirement based on implementation schedule (10% – 30% of time).

Education and/or Experience:

  • Accounting work experience in a (financial analyst, controller) in a manufacturing environment preferred. • Previous ERP experience with GL, AR, AP, SO modules in D365 Finance Operations preferred, or Microsoft AX. (Will train D365 Finance modules if extensive ERP accounting experience).
    • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience required.
    • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
    • Technical experience, able to write SQLqueries to pull data.
    • SOX and SOD (segregation of duties) experience
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, nice to have. Physical Demands:
    • Must be able to communicate telephonically and electronically with team members and customers.
    • Must be able to hear/understand/speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.
    • Must be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including the ability to travel by air/auto to remote sites.
    • Must be able to work in front of a personal computer for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight. Work Environment/Conditions:
    • Comfortable travelling to business sites and working with teams to complete implementations.
    • The majority of the work is conducted in an office setup connecting on network to manage/administer the applications.
    • This position may involve working in our manufacturing plants when managing IT technologies that are supporting our manufacturing operations.
