Yardzen is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will be essential in driving improvement through making data-driven insights and strategic analysis. You will be responsible for turning data into actionable recommendations to boost customer engagement, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation design to assess the impact of product changes, and provide recommendations based on the results
- Analyze large datasets and provide deep insights into the customer journey using clickstream data.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve data quality issues
- Work cross-functionally to drive product improvements that lead to company growth and client satisfaction
- Develop reporting dashboards to optimize department-level and company-wide KPI tracking and visualization
- Develop financial and operational models to forecast growth, revenue potential, supply needs, and other business KPIs
- Support the development and strengthening of operational processes and practices that drive efficiencies for the team and organization
Qualifications:
- You have 3-5 years of experience driving results in a high-performance culture (tech, operations, consulting, banking, or a related experience)
- You have a natural curiosity to leverage data to solve problems and identify opportunities
- Feel motivated by work with a demonstrable business impact and high visibility
- Understand business needs and are able to communicate these to technical and non-technical audiences
- Have advanced SQL skills and are able to write structured and efficient queries on large datasets. You also have a deep understanding of how a query is executed and how data is stored.
- Have experience with a scripting language (R, Python, Bash) or pipeline automation (Oozie, Jenkins, Airflow) tools
- You are a self-starter, able to troubleshoot errors and delve into technical documentation resources as needed
- Have experience with A/B testing frameworks
