About the Role
Are you an expert at building high-impact data architectures and passionate about guiding teams toward technical excellence? We’re looking for a strategic candidate to lead our data platform on GCP.
Your mission will be to orchestrate the development, scalability, and operation of our platform, ensuring that data flow is efficient, high-quality, and 100% aligned with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Inspirational Leadership: Experience leading teams of 5+ people using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Business Translator: Ability to translate complex requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
Solutions Architect: Systemic vision focused on Medallion architecture, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.
Effective Communicator: Ability to connect with and manage expectations among non-technical stakeholders.
What do you need to apply?
GCP Ecosystem: Advanced proficiency in BigQuery (costs and performance), Cloud Composer (Airflow), Dataform/dbt, and Cloud Storage.
Data Engineering: Pipeline design (Batch & Near Real-Time), dimensional and domain-oriented modeling.
Governance and DevOps: Experience with Dataplex, data observability, IAM security, and Terraform (preferred).
Experience: +4 years of data experience and +2 years leading teams in high-volume environments.
