This role is ideal if you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and can maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines. You'll be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and verifying data across various systems, ensuring the information the business relies on is always clean and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Identify and flag discrepancies or errors for resolution
Organise and manage digital files and records
Generate basic reports and data summaries as requested
Work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity across departments What You'll Need
Experience in a data entry, admin, or records management role
Familiarity with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good time management skills and ability to meet regular deadlines
