In the role of Data Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the acquisition of AI data partnerships through innovative outreach strategies. This position is designed for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are passionate about establishing meaningful business relationships.
Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel sequencing.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools to build and manage a robust leads pipeline.
Develop and execute targeted email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Handle calls with company points of contact, addressing objections related to data sharing and compensation models.
Vet companies against defined partnership criteria, shortlisting high-potential prospects for further engagement.
Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead to align on partnership requirements and share market insights.
Contribute to the development and optimization of scalable processes, with the potential to transition into a leadership role managing a small, dynamic team.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
Demonstrated expertise in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
Experience designing and managing automated email campaigns and multi-step outreach sequences.
Proven track record of handling objections confidently, particularly around complex compensation or data models.
Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and vetting companies.
Proactive and driven attitude, comfortable thriving in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or company vetting.
Background in scaling extended teams for fast-growing organizations.
Exposure to AI data partnerships or similar technology-driven sectors.
This is a full-time remote position. The national pay range for this position is a base salary of $110,000–$220,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to company policies.
