Job Description

For our office in Milan, we are looking for a Data Strategy Lead.

The purpose of this role is to support business requirements’ analysis, develop insights from various data assets, develop statistical models and contribute to define strategic business decisions in different industries.

You will manage business & communication outcomes analysis, measuring the client’s communication strategy effectiveness to identify insights and actions and optimize client’s media strategy.

You will work in a young, dynamic environment, with transversal skills and strongly based on teamwork, mutual collaboration and autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a complex analysis using different tools and data analysis techniques;
  • Define and report key metrics & actionable insights;
  • Shares complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner internally and with clients;
  • Deep dives in clients’ business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, able to get into the business model of the client;
  • Knowledge of different Data Science methods and ability to choose the most appropriate one to solve the problem.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business and Economics, Data Science or equivalent (Statistics, Math);

  • Experience of 4-5 years in running models and data science projects.

The knowledge of the following will be considered as a plus:

  • Good knowledge of Python and R;
  • Marketing mix modelling
  • Able to work in team and to handle tight deadlines
  • Problem solving and Strategic thinking
