About the role:

Swirlds Labs is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to strategize and execute Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. You will work with the Swirlds Labs marketing team, Hedera Governing Council, and other organizations to deliver campaigns to the most innovative enterprises building Web3 applications. You will help define the reporting, measurement, and execution of these programs across all marketing channels and integrated campaigns.

You may find yourself doing all of the following:

  • Creating, optimizing, and analyzing end-to-end Demand Generation and Account-based Marketing campaigns, including physical and digital channels
  • Creating customized experiences using various digital channels, including Email, Display, Video Webinars, and more
  • Helping create physical account-based marketing campaigns, ranging from event ideation to direct mail
  • Working closely with the Swirlds Labs marketing team, business development team, product team, and others
  • Owning campaign metrics to assess their impact down the funnel

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years operating marketing lead/demand generation campaigns: webinars, advertising campaigns, ABM, etc.
  • 1-2 years running ABM campaigns: highly targeted campaigns across multiple channels aimed at a small grouping of accounts
  • Experience being a power user of a CRM system such as Salesforce and Marketing Automation Systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. (We use HubSpot!)
  • Ability to analyze data and trends
