Job Description:
The Digital Advertising Operations Associate will execute the implementation of assigned ad campaigns in support of the digital adverting account management team including new campaign setup, ongoing campaign updates, as well as troubleshooting ad setups and integrations. This job requires rapidly responding to projects that are assigned, from start to finish and in accordance with tight deadlines.
Our ideal candidate is motivated to learn, has a strong interest in digital media and digital advertising, and is a versatile team player capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This is an entry-level full-time remote position, based out of our Headquarters office (Rockville, MD).
Essential Functions:
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects at once from start to finish.
- SLAs: Adhere to all department’s Service Level Agreements.
- Contribute to the building and improvement of team process documentation.
- Audit data quality across platforms and implement fixes and updates where needed.
- Communicate with digital account managers to attain details required to complete successful ad campaign setup and optimization.
- Provide support for all dig ad accounts and campaigns under management by performing ad trafficking, tagging, scheduling, and troubleshooting tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent completed or in progress.
- 1- 3 years of related experience
- Excellent attention to detail is a must in this role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior Customer Service Experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands.
- Familiarity with digital marketing language or digital marketing experience.
- Experience with social media marketing.
- Some knowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization tools.
- Automotive experience.
The salary range for this position is $41,200 - 74,700.
The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the life time of the role.
