The Digital Experience, Senior Specialist leads a portfolio of complex or high-priority client accounts, delivering strategic digital counsel and ensuring high-impact program results. This role combines strong client leadership with internal team management, mentorship of junior staff, and advanced analytical and strategic capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Client Leadership
Serve as the senior relationship lead for assigned accounts, owning overall client satisfaction and retention
Proactively identify strategic opportunities, risks, and growth areas within client portfolios
Lead high-stakes client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews
Manage escalations and navigate complex client situations with professionalism and solutions-oriented thinking
Digital Strategy & Planning
Lead the development of comprehensive digital strategy plans, including channel mix recommendations, audience strategies, and program roadmaps
Develop and manage multi-channel budgets and revenue projections with accuracy and strategic intent
Integrate knowledge of email, CRO, digital media (paid search, paid social, programmatic), and texting into unified, goal-aligned programs
Cross-Functional Integration
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Pod Managers and internal RKD teams to ensure cohesive, timely delivery of integrated work
Align internal teams around client priorities and ensure clear communication of scope, timelines, and goals
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the fulfillment process
Team Development
Mentor and guide Coordinators, supporting their growth and day-to-day work
Provide feedback on work quality and help elevate team capabilities across the group
Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
Oversee performance analysis across digital programs and translate results into client recommendations
Champion a test-and-learn culture, ensuring insights are documented and applied to future strategy
Monitor portfolio-level performance trends and alert leadership to risks or opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or agency account management
Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and multi-channel digital programs
Strong budget management, strategic planning, and presentation skills
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members

Pay Range expected for the position: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
