Primary Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Partner in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SFDC, SEMrush, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance; provide actionable insights to improve future strategies
- Support budget management across various multi-channel digital marketing channels to ensure budget pacing and ROAS remains profitable, consistent and optimized
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Campaigns, Content, Product, and Creative, to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful digital marketing management and optimization
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
Preferred KSA's
- Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred
