In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing our digital capabilities in oncology diagnostics. You will be responsible for overseeing important operational initiatives that enhance laboratory throughputs and product launches. Accountabilities- Overall responsibility for the success of projects and programs and their impact on business strategy.
Creates and ensures effective communication across laboratory functions; motivates and energizes the team through leadership.
Works closely with leadership to drive project and program direction.
Leads cross-functional project planning supporting multi-generational projects.
Partners with internal sponsors to deliver project results related to tools, processes, compliance, and development objectives.
Solves complex problems leading strategic program execution and successful delivery. Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in life, physical, or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years project management experience in lab operations or pathology projects focused on LIMS/LIS systems strongly preferred.
PMP Certification preferred.
