The Digital Solutions for RGM and Demand team modernizes the Boticário Group’s planning ecosystem by integrating processes into a single, synchronous, and collaborative platform. Our work involves streamlining, supporting, automating, and generating insights to inform decisions in the area, thereby guiding strategic decisions and driving growth in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Demand departments.
This position is part of the Technical Team, where you will work hands-on to maintain the current system, test new features of the future system (according to predefined scenarios), and support the development of documentation for the business unit’s processes.
Perform operational routines, table configurations, and file updates in the systems, in accordance with established checklists and rules;
Run and monitor operational processes;
Conduct ad hoc validations of databases and tables to ensure data consistency;
Perform usability and functional acceptance testing, following predefined test scenarios and workflows with a business focus;
Assist in mapping, structuring, and documenting business processes and rules;
Assist in conducting ad hoc analyses to diagnose operational problems and identify process improvements;
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields;
Analytical skills to follow structured processes, checklists, and perform simple numerical validations;
A hands-on, disciplined approach to meeting deadlines with a strong attention to detail;
Proficiency in handling large volumes of data;
Experience with the Google Platform and prior experience with systems, functional software testing, or system acceptance testing is a plus;
Prior knowledge of SQL or database manipulation is desirable;
Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or S&OP is desirable.
