The Director of Client Analytics Partner leads a group of individual contributors (Client Analytics Partners) that support strategic client reporting, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth. This role is a people manager role and also requires hand-on client support on high-priority client partnerships. The Director identifies industry trends, shapes strategies, and leads global testing and reporting initiatives, ensuring the CAP team delivers impactful insights, and data-driven strategic client support, while fostering innovation and team development. This role reports to the VP, Global Data & Analytics.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the CAP team, ensuring strategic goals are met and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leadership development.
  • Oversee the development, education, and implementation of client testing plans, learning agendas, and reporting adoption across AM and AE teams.
  • Provide direct support on high priority client partnerships or vendor relationships that leads to overall team capability development.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional teams to prioritize testing initiatives and learning agendas that enhance client partnership plans and improve the overall effectiveness of reporting strategies.
  • Provide strategic foresight into team capacity, tools, and skills development to meet evolving business needs.
  • Oversee case study and white paper generation, to ensure analytical rigor. Provide guidance on cross functional partnerships to help with enablement and go-to-market of narratives.
  • Partner with Reporting Architects and Data Architects to develop client deliverables that meet their business/marketing reporting objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to develop and enhance platform measurement features and measurement service offerings.
  • Implement strategic recommendations to align with industry shifts and business needs.
  • Proactive partnership across AP, DA, and RA Team to ensure synchronized Data and Analytics support across all D&A disciplines.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data-driven client support, or business intelligence.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading analytics or data-driven teams, particularly in a client-facing role.
  • Strong track record in developing strategic recommendations based on industry trends and business needs.
  • Expertise in managing high-priority client partnerships, delivering actionable insights, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and initiatives focused on improving client partnership effectiveness.
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and team development within the Client Analytics Partner team.
  • Familiarity with data architecture and measurement services, and experience implementing or enhancing platform features.
  • Ability to work with global teams and adapt to varying client needs across different markets and regions.
