    • Design evidence-based clinical protocols, workflows, and care pathways that improve patient outcomes and support value-based care initiatives.

    • Partner with Clinical Leadership to identify opportunities for new programs and continuous quality improvement.

    • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Enterprise Information Management (EIM), and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation of clinical initiatives.

    • Monitor program effectiveness using quality metrics, clinical outcomes, and operational performance data.

    • Support HEDIS, Stars, quality improvement, and other performance initiatives that strengthen patient care and organizational outcomes.

    • Develop educational resources, tools, and training materials that support clinical teams and promote consistent care delivery.

    • Stay informed on healthcare regulations, clinical best practices, and emerging trends to ensure programs remain current and effective.

    • Build scalable processes that support Matter Health's continued growth and expansion.

    Within 6 Months

    • Lead implementation of prioritized clinical program enhancements.

    • Develop standardized clinical workflows and evidence-based care pathways.

    • Begin measuring and reporting on program effectiveness and quality outcomes.

    Within 12 Months

    • Fully own Matter Health's clinical program strategy and ongoing optimization.

    • Successfully launch new enterprise clinical initiatives supporting organizational growth.

    • Establish scalable processes that support continued expansion and improved patient outcomes.
