Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit development, philanthropy, or institutional fundraising
Demonstrated success securing significant philanthropic funding, including foundation and major gifts
Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and close funding opportunities
