Your role in our mission

  • Directs the base compensation program, including market competitive analysis, job descriptions and evaluations, pay increase strategies, manager and employee communications, and performance systems and ensures that they are designed to support business strategy, are cost effective while retaining, maintaining and attracting talent.
  • Oversees the design, communication and evaluation of executive compensation programs that reflect the executive compensation philosophy and direct the attainment of business goals and strategies.
  • Provides staff direction with an understanding and following of established company policies and procedures.
  • Directs the development, review and administration of incentive, bonus and commission plans to drive employee performance in line with revenue and business objectives.
  • Ensures the strategy for the management, development and administration of short and long-term incentive plans motivate and retain key personnel and drive corporate objectives.
  • Ensures legal compliance, cost effectiveness and effective communications.
  • Oversees business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members.
  • Interfaces with lines of business to communicate and/or identify compensation programs or needs to support the business ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Directs business function including approval of overall project plan, budgets, and work breakdown structure.
  • Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to deliver services to customers within reasonable schedules and budgets.
  • Establishes and communicates goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel.
  • Leads the financial modeling used in annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
  • Directs pro-active research and analysis and proposes financial/business models to positively impact trends and business performance.
  • Identifies cost saving and/or revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state labor regulations and communicates any changes in law requiring modification to compensation. Works with Legal Department to confirm plans are in compliance.
  • Creates and distributes the plan of action when modifying compensation.

What we're looking for

  • Fifteen or more years of related experience.
  • Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included.
  • Experience working with past and present company business environment.
  • Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures in areas of HR.
  • Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data.
