Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record of leadership in engineering roles in AI, cybersecurity, or related fields. Prior experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AI/ML technologies, including deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and natural language processing. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as threat detection, anomaly detection, and encryption.

  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal. Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
