    About this role

    Who We Are:

Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes.

For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work.

As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another.

At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today.

    A day in the life:

As a Director of Operations and Communications, you will sit at the center point of the company, moving between conversations with leadership, department heads, and frontline teams, translating high-level decisions into clear next steps while keeping a careful line between what's ready to share and what's still confidential. You will own the communication strategy, waterfall, and the platform where updates and initiatives are readily visible for the team. Days may be spent building and refining communications for a rollout, producing toolkits and ensuring proper change management sequencing, or following up with the people accountable for action items, flagging what's falling behind, and gently but firmly keeping deadlines on track. Alongside this, you’ll carry operational responsibilities: looking at a process that's causing friction, mapping out where it breaks down, and sketching a more effective and efficient way forward. You'll work with stakeholders, source feedback, lead meetings and on-sites, and strategize, making your people skills critical to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create & maintain an internal Power Communications platform to disseminate communication + appropriate resources to each stakeholder
      • Work with a dedicated nova engineer to maintain + innovate the platform
    • Own all internal company communications, both company-wide and to senior leadership; owning the communication waterfall and strategy
      • Police timeline of company rollouts + strategy

      • Support HR team with crisis communications
    • Own task management & accountability company-wide
      • Project manage company initiatives that require action by a deadline from distribution to completion
      • Track progress, share updates with leaders, and hold team members accountable for each task to completion
    • Coordinate and lead bi-annual leadership onsite/offsite meetings, from planning to post-onsite measurement
    • Own the consolidation and maintenance of company processes
      • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and redundancies
      • Work with stakeholders and source feedback to understand needs and friction points
      • Resolve process kinks and drive improvements
      • Ensure processes are maintained & up-to-date on a quarterly basis
    • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
    • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
