Role Overview: As the Director of Partner Sales, Programs, and Technical Alliances, you will lead our efforts in building and scaling strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth through partner channels, and fostering strong technical alliances. This executive role demands a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the AI/ML and cybersecurity landscapes, capable of creating and executing a comprehensive strategy to expand our partner ecosystem and enhance our market presence.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in partner sales and program development within the technology sector, particularly in AI/ML or cybersecurity.
  • Extensive experience in managing technical alliances, with a deep understanding of the complexities of AI and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner sales strategy and execution, delivering on ambitious growth targets.
  • Success in leading and scaling high-performing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to ensure partner satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Expertise in developing and executing partner sales strategies, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Strong understanding of AI and/or cybersecurity technologies, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and compellingly.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of securing large-scale partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, inspiring performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Strategic thinker, capable of identifying emerging market opportunities and positioning Protect AI as a leader in AI security.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy, driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic alliances.
  • Lead the creation and management of partner programs, ensuring they align with Protect AI's business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to tailor Protect AI's offerings to meet the specific needs of partners and their customers.
  • Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to guide product development and innovation.
