    About the Role:

    Are you a visionary security leader who thrives at the intersection of strategic consulting, business growth, and elite technical execution? We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated leader to spearhead our security strategy and consulting practice.

    In this role, you won't just manage; you will build. You will drive revenue growth by developing cutting-edge service offerings, implementing aggressive go-to-market strategies, and cultivating critical external partnerships.

    • Are you passionate about developing new service offerings and driving revenue growth?

    • Are you experienced in overseeing teams that perform incident response, cybersecurity consulting, or technical product/platform implementations?

    • Can you effectively partner with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives?

    • Can you build and maintain strong relationships with Law Firms or Insurance partners?

    • Can you implement go-to-market strategies?

    • Do you excel at creating high-performing teams focused on continuous improvement?

    • Do you have strong communication and writing skills?

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead and scale Professional Services operations across South East, North Asia (SENA) and India, working closely with our sales teams

    • Execute strategic revenue growth plans aligned with opportunities

    • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Law Firms and Insurance providers, regulators, policy institutions and other industry stakeholders/constituents influencing cyber security technologies, requirements and strategies

    • Launch new service offerings in response to market needs

    • Lead multiple teams of technical professionals across incident response, consulting, and implementation services

    • Own and manage Partner delivery services relationships for incident response, consulting, and implementation services

    • Drive thought leadership initiatives through public speaking and industry engagement

    • Create and maintain a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement

    • Develop and execute business cases for investment and expansion

    • Oversee delivery quality and customer satisfaction across all service offerings

    What You'll Need:

    Successful candidates will have at least 12 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Experience leading revenue growth for professional services organisations

    • Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams

    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business practices

    • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining partnerships

    • Experience overseeing incident response, consulting, or technology implementation projects

    • Track record of successful business case development and execution

    • Strong public speaking and thought leadership capabilities

    • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships

    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Ability to travel locally in the region as well as internationally

    • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
