Nimble Gravity is seeking a Director of Partnerships to own and scale key strategic partnerships within our data science and AI consulting practice. This role is focused on executing against a defined partnership strategy, driving joint go-to-market efforts, and converting the partnership into measurable revenue.
You will serve as the primary leader responsible for operationalizing the partnership, building pipeline, and ensuring tight alignment between growth, delivery, and solutions teams. This is a hands-on, revenue-oriented role for someone who can translate strategy into execution and results.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Execution and Growth
Own execution of an established strategic partnership, including joint business planning and priorities
Translate partnership strategy into clear, actionable initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue
Identify and unlock new opportunities within the existing partner relationship Revenue and Pipeline Development
Build and manage a partner-driven pipeline aligned to growth targets
Lead co-sell motions with the partner, including opportunity identification, qualification, and deal support
Work closely with the growth team to progress and close partner-influenced opportunities Go-to-Market Activation
Co-develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, including campaigns, events, and solution positioning
Enable internal teams on partner capabilities, offerings, and sales plays
Ensure Nimble Gravity is effectively positioned within the partner ecosystem Relationship Management
Own day-to-day and executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders
Establish regular operating cadence, including pipeline reviews and performance tracking
Act as the escalation point for partnership-related issues Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with delivery and solutions teams to align capabilities with partner opportunities
Provide feedback from the partnership to inform service development and innovation Qualifications
Required
8+ years of experience in growth or delivery within consulting, data, or technology
Proven experience driving revenue through an existing strategic partnership
Experience operating within modern data and AI ecosystems, particularly lakehouse, data platform, or cloud-native analytics environments
Demonstrated success with co-sell motions involving platform partners and growth organizations
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data engineering, machine learning, and analytics workflows
Ability to navigate and build relationships within partner organizations that have complex field structures Preferred
Experience working with leading cloud data platforms or lakehouse architectures (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
Familiarity with partner programs, incentives, and co-sell models within major data or cloud ecosystems
Background in a consulting or professional services firm delivering data and AI solutions
