As a Sales Director at Accurate, you will be a vital driver of new customer revenue growth in the employment screening industry. The ideal candidate will bring our sales traction to the next level. You will grow and oversee a team of 6-12 Enterprise Executives and actualize regional plans, including market mapping of core customers (Enterprise) and identifying the benefits of Accurate’s solutions to unravel obstacles and ensure the success of our prospective customers

What you’ll do
- Lead and Coach: Guide and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Staff, providing guidance to ensure their success in navigating the sales process and meeting revenue targets. Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive results.
- Geek out on Data and Process: Utilize your strong experience with enterprise sales processes in combination with our sales playbook to coach the team on best practices. Assess data to identify areas for process refinement and contribute to deal strategy to improve win rates. Collaborate across sales and cross functionally to enhance our sales process.
- Work as One: Embrace our core value of teamwork by building relationships and collaborating with different departments to achieve results and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive pipeline growth, collaborate with the solutions team to prepare customer demonstrations, and partner with product management to leverage new product updates and much more.
- Build Relationships, Add Value & Drive Results: Embrace our consultative sales approach and ensure that every interaction adds value. Conduct formal sales presentations, educate customers on product and industry advancements, and oversee strategic relationships and key prospect interactions. Adhere to pricing policies and maximize gross margins. Expect to travel about 25% of the time for prospect meetings and finalist presentations.

- A History of Success: You’ve got a proven history of success with at least 5 years of experience leading Enterprise Sales teams that achieve (and better yet exceed) their revenue targets selling into large complex organizations.
