The Distribution Operations Analyst works in a fast-paced, high-production environment, managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements with accuracy and efficiency. This role handles a high volume of calls and requests, supports producers across all distribution channels, and ensures timely commission payments and regulatory appointments. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provides exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels, explaining contractual and regulatory guidelines.
Manages contracting, licensing, appointments, terminations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Establishes accurate pay structures and submits forms to state insurance departments on time.
Assesses producers' eligibility, addressing discrepancies and appeals in line with regulations.
Able to excel in a fast paced production environment, efficiently transitioning between diverse tasks with ease, while staying current with industry regulations, offering expertise, analyzing changes, and contributing to process improvements.
