In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing expert guidance, resolving energy-related enquiries, and delivering a consistently outstanding service experience that reflects Eneco's commitment to sustainable and reliable energy solutions.
What You Will Do
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries from Dutch-speaking clients regarding energy products, services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat channels. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to energy supply, meter readings, payment plans, and service disruptions in a calm, efficient, and customer-focused manner.
