Position Title: E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon and BWP storefronts. This role encompasses managing inventory, optimizing listings, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and experienced in navigating Amazon Seller Central and related platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all product listings on Amazon and BWP, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency
Monitor and maintain stock levels across platforms; coordinate restocking and updates with the warehouse team
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews
Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
Maintain and analyze daily performance logs using Excel or similar tools
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Monday.com, Grasshopper, or similar platforms
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Preferred:
Experience managing BWP or other niche marketplaces
Basic knowledge of graphic editing or product photography standards
Prior experience in consumer goods or food product industries is a plus
