This role is the financial backbone of brand performance.
You will own complete financial visibility across multiple e-commerce brands, ensuring that ad spends, revenue, and profitability are accurately tracked, reconciled, and forecasted.
Your job is simple:
Numbers should always be right. Insights should always be clear.
This is not an internal finance role. You will work on brand-level performance data, directly impacting how money is allocated and scaled.
Accountabilities
Reconcile ad spend data across platforms vs reported numbers of vs actuals
Validate spends across Meta, Google, and other performance channels
Identify:
Mismatches
Over-reporting / under-reporting
Data inconsistencies
Ensure clean, reliable, audit-ready numbers every month
Build and maintain accurate P&Ls for each brand
Track:
Revenue vs spends
Contribution margins
Ensure numbers reflect reality, not assumptions
Flag profitability risks early
Create forecasting models based on actual performance data
Project:
Spend vs revenue scenarios
Scaling impact
Efficiency trends
Continuously update forecasts based on real-time inputs
Analyse large datasets across brands to identify:
Efficiency trends
Scaling opportunities
Spend inefficiencies
Support teams with clear, data-backed insights
Move beyond reporting → focus on what the numbers are saying
Build standardized:
Reconciliation frameworks
Reporting templates
Tracking systems
Reduce manual errors and dependency on scattered data
Bring structure to financial tracking across brands
Ideal Behaviour, Qualifications & Skills
6–8 years of experience in:
Finance / FP&A / Business Finance / Analytics
Strong exposure to:
P&L management
Data-heavy environments
Experience in:
D2C / e-commerce / performance marketing setups (preferred)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (must-have)
High attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple brands and large datasets simultaneously
Key Performance Indicators
Accuracy of monthly reconciliations
% variance between forecasted vs actual performance
Reliability of brand-level P&L reporting
Identification of spend inefficiencies
Improvement in data clarity and reporting systems
