Job Description

Key Responsibilities *

Strategy and Planning

  • Engaging with clients through virtual channels such as email, phone calls, zoom, webex to address inquiries, provide support and nurture relationship
  • Conducting outreach campaigns via email, or other virtual platforms to connect with potential clients and introduce products or services.
  • Following up with clients after interactions to provide additional information, answer questions, and move sales process forward.

Business Performance and Management

  • Managing sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities and deals in virtual based on sales goals.
  • Documenting sales activities, client interactions and progress updates in sales management tools to maintain accurate records and facilitating reporting.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Complies with policies, procedures, and Regulatory internal & external.
Job Specification *

Qualifications

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)

Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable universityProfessional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements BSMR level 1Relevant Work Experience Minimum 2 (two) years experience in sales
