About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Admin to support daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across inventory, orders, logistics, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage operational documents (quotations, invoices, delivery orders, reports) -Support sales through accurate and timely quotation preparation -Coordinate order processing from confirmation to delivery -Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure accurate records -Track deliveries and follow up on pending or incomplete orders -Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for timely fulfillment -Maintain accurate records for reporting and finance support -Assist in e-commerce order management and product updates -Liaise with suppliers and external partners -Support process improvements and ensure compliance with SOPs
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations, inventory, or logistics is an advantage -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination abilities -Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
