Education and Training Specialist Learning & Development/ Quality *Remote - Most states eligible*

The Education and Training Specialist Learning & Development/ Quality utilizes training and auditing to ensure performance delivery and also deliver standardization improvements. This position is strategic, with a key focus on providing high quality best practice outcomes for caregivers during the leave of absence process.

Required Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of Leave and Disability case management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Legal and Ethics or equivalent combination of education and experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
