The Education and Training Specialist Learning & Development/ Quality utilizes training and auditing to ensure performance delivery and also deliver standardization improvements. This position is strategic, with a key focus on providing high quality best practice outcomes for caregivers during the leave of absence process.

Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 3 years of Leave and Disability case management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Legal and Ethics or equivalent combination of education and experience
