Roles and Responsibilities
Individuals who provide day-to-day EHS support for service activities and projects and are currently typically assigned to a specific sector or profit and loss (P&L) account, covering only that sector or P&L account. They serve as the EHS experts at the plant level and provide immediate and direct support to field service technicians working on-site at customer locations. Their responsibilities include training, inspections, and customer interactions related to the planning and execution of work orders. They are the first point of contact for field service technicians, as they resolve day-to-day EHS issues in service operations. They typically do not have any direct reports.

Has a solid understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to perform their own work. Has in-depth knowledge of how their team’s work integrates with other teams and contributes to the division.
Uses a degree of judgment and has the ability to propose various solutions outside of established parameters, but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve simple tasks. Has access to the technical skills and analytical thinking required to solve problems.Can use multiple internal sources outside their own team to make decisions.
A position at this level is likely to be held by an individual employee with proven interpersonal skills or a future leader who can recruit and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.

For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range for this position is between $85,500.00 and $142,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
