Requirements
This is a 6 - month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Re-activate and progress key target accounts in Poland
Build access to new Tier 1 target accounts and secure qualified meetings with relevant stakeholders
Support local follow-up with operational, clinical, and commercial teams
Coordinate and help advance pilot, demo, proposal, and contract discussions together with AIRS Medical Europe
Identify, evaluate, and help progress suitable distributor or channel partner candidates in Poland
Contribute to commercial pipeline generation and contracted ARR growth in the market What We Are Looking For
Strong business development experience in Poland
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, radiology, imaging IT, or related fields preferred
Ability to engage both senior decision-makers and local working-level stakeholders
Strong communication skills in Polish and English
Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with a European leadership team
Able to move opportunities from initial engagement to commercial progression
Strong local market access and follow-up capability
Ability to work with both C-level and operational stakeholder Benefits
