Meet the team:
The EMEA Commercial Excellence function is a dynamic, diverse and growing team, playing a critical role in defining and implementing our strategy to drive growth in the region. The EMEA Sales Enablement & Operations team is a key pillar in the EMEA Commercial Excellence function. We are responsible for the success of Dexcom’s strategic commercial initiatives through the implementation of strategies and optimization of processes, leading change management to support the successful adoption of new commercial initiatives,
technologies, and processes. We solve complex problems for our commercial leaders in the region, applying a robust analytical approach and collaborating across functions, working at an exciting pace to deliver impact for our business.
Where you come in:
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our CRM platform across EMEA markets, to drive our engagement with healthcare professionals (HCP). This is an operational role requiring commercial acumen, a hands-on approach, and a deep understanding of CRM standard methodologies, combined with a strategic vision for scaling the CRM platform across EMEA to support Dexcom’s growth objectives in priority markets.
• Be responsible for managing and implementing a cohesive CRM strategy and tactics, collaborating closely with regional and local commercial teams to ensure that the CRM channel is integrated into our commercial strategy and engagement activities. You will work cross-functionally with IT and external partners to ensure that the platform is optimized to the requirements of the business. A performance CRM approach and expertise in analytics are crucial for success in this role.
• As our business expands you will be responsible for the implementation in new markets. You will also be responsible for the identification and justification of additional functionality that will enhance our sales process. This will include any configuration and customisation. Collaborate with internal and external partners to customise the CRM system to meet specific business needs, configuring the system to optimize sales and marketing processes. Implement and manage workflow rules, validation rules, and data integrity within the CRM system.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence and Commercial Training colleagues to develop and implement training programs for users to ensure efficient utilisation of our CRM capabilities.
• Establish efficient processes to effectively manage user queries and business enhancement requests.
• Ensure that the data within our CRM system is maintained to a high standard. Partner with external data providers such as IQVIA and/or Veeva to implement best practices for data quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Work with IT and other relevant departments to integrate CRM with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication.
What makes you successful:
Significant experience working closely with country commercial teams and other regional/global partners in
a commercial organization
- Ability to engage cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, to collaborate and influence outcomes
across all partners in the process of optimising and harmonising the CRM system.
• Highly skilled in CRM functionality, configuration, and customisation. Experience with Veeva CRM
preferred.
• Analytical mindset to ensure that CRM processes are optimized.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and/or Customer Data Platform (CDP) systems
preferred.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will
work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your
assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
