Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving sales targets.
Conduct market surveys, create sales plans, and analyze sales reports.
Responsible for setting sales targets and action plans to increase sales.
Build relationships with business owners to initiate the first steps in the sales funnel.
Able to maintain good relationships with clients and expand the network with new clients.
Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and guidance to all sales team members periodically. Requirements
Relevant experience of minimum 5 years as a Senior Relationship Manager or Sales Manager, had experiences in finance, banking, or insurance industry would be an advantage.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
Possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for Sales.
Proficient and professional in conducting presentations and negotiations.
Accustomed to working with data and have strong analytical thinking, agile, and sharp in seizing opportunities.
Able to lead related teams to achieve sales targets.
Have a pleasant personality, honest, sociable, critical thinker, confident, mature, highly self-driven, service-oriented, and possess speedy response actions.
