Job Description
The Learning and Development Professional Job Family is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing wide learning deliverables, processes, and programs.The Learning and Development Sr. Consultant II is responsible to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate learning and development training programs and activities to meet organizational requirements. Conducts needs assessments and designs learning plans, content, processes, and systems in response to organizational learning needs. Manages learning project and program execution of moderate complexity, including the implementation of tactical change to drive results. Uses learning and development knowledge and experience to recommend viable solutions and options to client groups, helping them achieve business goals in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and use knowledge about the client organization and business in recommending solutions that ensure the execution of results-driven learning and development activities
- Develop objectives and project/program plans for courses, curricula, or other learning and development needs
- Provide strong consulting to clients and identify learning and performance needs
- Utilize broad range of media and technologies to design and develop learning content and activities
- Utilize information design methods to improve learning system usability
- Provide facilitation of highly-complex learning events and activities
- Use appropriate methods to evaluate learning, including the collection and analysis of data; utilize trending to support recommendations for improvement
- Act as a resource to employees on available L&D learning repositories, curricula
- Utilize appropriate performance support and learning administrative systems
- Build strong client- and team- relationships in carrying out learning and development functions
- Build, maintain, leverage, and continually enhance relationships
- Actively seek feedback from peers and clients
- Manage and anticipate the expectations of clients in offering and developing learning solutions
- Benchmark education best-practices, utilizing industry trends, to improve client service
- Evaluate and determine appropriate delivery method(s) for complex information based on learning needs
- Conduct requirements-gathering, functional design specifications and testing of learning technologies
- May coordinate efforts of other learning and development resources on learning projects
- Support development of learning and development professionals and practices through mentoring, knowledge sharing, innovation, and championing related communities of practice
- Support development of appropriate people processes to foster employee development
- Deliver complex education and performance solutions with emphasis on continuous improvement, simplification, innovation, and quality that allow business areas to reach goals and enhance customer experience

Education
• Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related Learning and Development field preferred
Experience
- Experience:6-8 years of Learning and Development or related experience required
- Strong knowledge of learning and development software and learning technology platforms/systems
- Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies required, including Adult Learning principles
- Knowledge of learning and development industry trends and best practices required
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
- Knowledge of SharePoint or other collaborative tools required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced consulting skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced project management skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to establish, manage, and develop strong working relationships with team members, internal partners, clients, and leaders across the Organization

Skills
CompensationCompensation offered for this role is $56,500.00 - 99,962.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
