An Account Executive at Weights & Biases is a quota carrying, enterprise software sales position responsible for meeting and exceeding goals through generating and closing new opportunities while increasing awareness of Weights & Biases in the marketplace. We are looking for motivated, focused, and coachable sales professionals with experience across the full spectrum of the software sales cycle β prospecting, defining and articulating value proposition, pilot process management, business case development, negotiation and closing.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive new logos and new ARR into the assigned Enterprise territory, DACH.
- Develop and implement a business development sales strategy, to help drive awareness and engagement
- High velocity, focused pipeline generation aligned with key performance indicators
- Collaborating with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to accelerate new opportunity discovery
- Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from initial inquiry/outbound interaction through to forecasted pipeline
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for your assigned territory, whilst reporting on sales, activities, and progress regularly through CRM and sales forecasting tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of sales development experience in high velocity, SaaS sales environments with a proven βhunterβ mentality
- Track record of success in quota attainment, within a highly technical sales process
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and analytical and organizational skills
- Command of the Message (or similar) and MEDDPICC-trained
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
