Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect (15+ years) to lead the design, governance, and delivery of an enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform within a large multinational oil and gas organization operating in the UAE and globally.
This is a cross-CoEI (Center of Excellence & Innovation) role, requiring architectural leadership across all major ServiceNow platform domains rather than a single module focus. The architect will ensure cohesive, scalable, and value-driven solutions across the enterprise.
While ITAM is a key program focus, this role requires broad, multi-module expertise spanning ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), and ServiceNow AI / market-facing AI capabilities.
The architect will operate within a SAFe delivery model and CoE structure, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture, governance standards, and business outcomes.
