About the RoleThe Enterprise Renewals Manager is pivotal in driving consistent revenue, ensuring profitability, and delivering optimal business outcomes for customers. They effectively communicate the business value of the Clari Platform and products and creatively resolve complex issues aligned with company objectives. The Renewals Manager will offer proactive recommendations, foster collaboration with key stakeholders, and adeptly navigate relationships to fulfill deliverables. They will work closely with the Enterprise Sales GTM team to drive growth and sustainability to the Clari install base.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Aligned to the Enterprise teams, they will manage and maintain customer accounts, relationships, and transactions across their territory
  • Prioritize Enterprise accounts to promote a high-impact playbook, address at-risk renewals, and drive customer engagements
  • Responsible for retaining customer ACV and driving incremental growth by securing renewals in advance across Enterprise GTM
  • Represents the Clari product portfolio and competitive positioning that drives value for the customer
  • Creates appropriate plans for key accounts to drive engagement and profitable growth for the territory
  • Engage with customers to understand budget, key stakeholder involvement, and approval processes timelines
  • Understands the customer’s business, industry, value-drivers, and organization to effectively provide value ahead of renewal
  • Effectively partner with internal Clari teams such as Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Legal, Account Management, Customer Success, and Finance to navigate customer requests to effectively close transactions
  • Ownership of the entire renewal contract process, including effectively managing internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SaaS experience, with at least 2+ years experience in renewals
  • Experience with Saas contract negotiations
  • Ability to communicate at the executive level
  • Understanding of subscription business models including SaaS, PaaS, and freemium
  • Business savvy to work with senior decision-makers

  • It is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.
    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
    The total target cash range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Total target cash includes base salary and a target incentive. The total direct compensation package for this position may include stock options, benefits, stipends, perks and/or other applicable incentives.
