About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new revenue at Pagos by managing end-to-end sales processes in a fast paced startup environment. You’ll partner with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineering, Account Management, and Product teams to deliver on Pagos’s commercial objectives and goals. As such, we’re looking for someone who can successfully navigate sales cycles with technical complexities. You’ll represent Pagos in the payments industry with a high standard of success and the gumption to consistently exceed expectations.

As an Enterprise Sales Rep, you will:

  • Identify and build robust pipelines of greenfield opportunities from scratch, ensuring strategic alignment with new customers

  • Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise customers from prospecting, closing, and implementation

  • Create outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities

  • Work closely with Product and Solution Engineering teams to continuously improve the overall user experience and contribute to product strategy.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience and a track record of success within payments, commerce and/or fintech

  • The ability to understand and navigate complex technical and business requirements and translate them into practical and pragmatic solutions

  • A deep understanding of MEDDIC and/or similar sales methodologies for effective and predictable pipeline management

  • A strong network and engagement within the payments industry

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence and align decision making across stakeholders

  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity

  • A bias for action, where no task is too small
