We're looking for an energetic, motivated Entry Level Management Associate to help lead one of our retail partner's locations. No prior management experience required, this is an entry-level path into retail leadership, with full training provided as you learn to coach a team and drive sales.

As an Entry Level Management Associate, you'll support daily operations, This entry-level role is built for someone who wants to grow into leadership, not someone who already has it figured out.

**What You'll Do As Our Entry Level Management Associate:**

- Practice sales conversation skills to help boost sign-ups
- Support daily retail operations
- Help coach, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
- Assist with customer escalations and resolve concerns professionally
- Lead by example through strong customer service and sales performance
- Help build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth

**What We're Looking For In Our Next Management Associate:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No leadership experience necessary, we'll train you
