Position Overview:Our Client is seeking an experienced Epic Certified Senior Ambulatory Analyst to support ongoing optimization, build, and implementation efforts within the Epic Ambulatory environment. This role will partner closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure effective workflow design, system functionality, and end-user support across ambulatory settings.Location & Work Environment:This role is primarily remote, with approximately one onsite visit per quarter as needed to support project or operational requirements. Candidates who are interested in relocating may be eligible for a relocation package. This position is currently structured as hourly with eligibility for overtime; however, it is expected to transition to a full-time salaried role in the future.Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Ambulatory applications in alignment with clinical and operational workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
Troubleshoot system issues and provide break/fix support as needed
Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, and new build initiatives
Support integration and coordination across clinical and ancillary systems as needed
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation, and change control processes
Provide end-user support, training support, and workflow optimization recommendations
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
5–10 years of experience working as an Epic Ambulatory Analyst
Active Epic Ambulatory Certification required
Proven experience supporting Epic build, configuration, and optimization in ambulatory environments
Experience participating in Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects preferred
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing competing priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in large healthcare systems or multi-site environments
Familiarity with cross-functional Epic modules and interoperability concepts is a plus
