We’re recruiting for Executive Assistant/HR Co-Ordinator

As an Executive Assistant/HR Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for providing exceptional, accurate, thorough, and professional administrative support to the CEO and the Executive Team across the organisation.

You’ll be actively overseeing the workflow, organising and cultivating important connections both inside and outside the company, and taking the lead on specific projects, serving as the initial point of contact for HR-related issues and provide administrative assistance for a variety of HR tasks. Good level of business acumen, enabling the effective co-ordination and prioritisation of the CEO’s work.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £30,000 up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Working remotely , you will be required to travel to attend meetings on adhoc basis

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience of providing executive level support
    • Experience of taking accurate minutes at high level meetings
    • Building and maintaining professional working relationships
    • Strong technical skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and SharePoint
    • Experience of managing projects

    Desirable
    • Experience of working in an HR capacity
