About the Role

As Client Success Lead at Assistant Launch, you will be the linchpin of our client support team. Your mission is to empower our team of Executive Assistants (EAs) to deliver world-class service, ensuring our clients’ success every step of the way. You’ll work closely with our Client Success Manager (CSM) to build and refine processes, create client satisfaction playbooks, and proactively address client needs. Your leadership will help lay the foundation for our expanding Client Success team.

Responsibilities Success Metrics

  1. Leadership Mentorship
  • Guide and mentor our team of EAs to exceed quality standards.
  • Review schedules, manage communication, and ensure clients feel they’re gaining valuable time back.
  • Measure and track EA performance improvements.
  • Client Playbooks Processes
    • Create and update streamlined, user-friendly playbooks for tools like Salesforce, Redtail, and Notion.
    • Ensure EAs have the tools and resources to be irreplaceable assets to clients.
  • Client Satisfaction
    • Monitor client happiness through regular check-ins and feedback tracking.
    • Anticipate client needs with a proactive approach.
    • Drive client loyalty and retention by consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Process Optimization
    • Continuously refine and enhance service delivery for efficiency.
    • Identify trends and implement solutions to address emerging client needs.

    Requirements

    • Required
      • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with team management experience.
      • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to develop and implement processes effectively.
      • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com).
      • Experience mentoring and motivating a team.
    • Preferred
      • Familiarity with tools like Asana and Notion.
      • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
      • Background in client success or customer-facing roles.
      • Advanced proficiency in modern productivity tools and systems.
