The Executive Assistant to the CEO will serve as the first point of contact for all inbound calls and client-facing communication, representing the business with professionalism and polish, while generating leads, liaising with insurance company executives, and managing day-to-day office operations independently.
Requirements
At least 3 years of solid experience supporting C-level executives in the Australian market
Background in the insurance industry strongly preferred, particularly automotive or catastrophe claims
Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
