What matters most is a solid foundation in finance and accounting, strong logic, and a desire to build a career in financial transformation. You will work directly with senior architects to design models, automate reporting, and help companies run their financial planning processes more intelligently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Translate accounting, FP&A, and business requirements into scalable financial models and structured planning logic.

    • Support month-end close processes, forecasting cycles, and ongoing financial planning activities within tools such as Abacum, Anaplan, and Pigment.

    • Gather business requirements from finance stakeholders and collaborate to design effective planning solutions.

    • Document model structures, assumptions, business rules, and data flows to ensure maintainability and transparency.

    • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and deployment of financial planning solutions.

    • Integrate ERP and accounting system data into EPM platforms to support automated reporting and planning processes.

    • Develop and enhance dashboards for P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.

    • Troubleshoot model, data, and process issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.

    • Collaborate with senior consultants, architects, and clients to support finance transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or an MBA.

    • Strong understanding of financial statements including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

    • Knowledge of core accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.

    • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical reasoning skills.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with finance and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

    • Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technologies and financial planning platforms.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting and client-facing environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) through internships, academic projects, or professional experience.

    • Experience with Excel-based financial modeling and data analysis.

    • Interest in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), SaaS platforms, and financial technology solutions.

    • Exposure to ERP systems, accounting software, or business process automation tools.

    • Basic knowledge of coding, scripting, databases, or systems integration concepts.

    • Experience supporting financial transformation, reporting, or planning initiatives.

    • Familiarity with platforms such as Abacum, Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive Planning, or similar planning solutions.

    Career Growth Opportunities

    • Become a multi-platform Financial Planning & EPM Developer within 12 months.

    • Company-sponsored certification paths in Abacum, Anaplan, and Pigment.

    • Direct mentorship from experienced enterprise architects and finance transformation leaders.

    • Exposure to clients across banking, technology, private equity, and corporate sectors.

    • Long-term career progression toward Finance Transformation Consultant and Enterprise Planning Architect roles.

    • Opportunity to develop expertise in financial systems, business process automation, and enterprise-scale planning solutions.
