The Team

Reporting to the Head of Event Marketing, the EBC Senior Manager will be responsible for building and executing a best-in-class executive briefing program that drives deeper and expanded relationships with Hitachi Digital’s prospects, customers, and partners. Our Executive Briefings are the face of Hitachi Digital, showcasing our vision and culture, the impact of our customers and a behind-the-scenes look at our future. This position is based in Santa Clara, CA and will provide administrative and program support for the EBC. This role has very high visibility and is customer-facing. The candidate will need to be local and available to be onsite at our Santa Clara HQ to work with and conduct in-person meetings.

The Role

  • Develop and help launch Hitachi Digital’s executive briefing program
  • Build and scale both the virtual and in person briefing program as well as executive meetings on the road and at conferences.
  • Act as a face of the program and the first point of contact for all queries. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to design, custom briefing experiences from planning and execution to follow through. This includes coordinating end-to-end logistics, providing counsel to key stakeholders in developing KPIs for each briefing to achieve desired outcome.
  • Act as a facilitator in briefings and be the go-to-for executives and sales questions about briefings, logistics and insights
  • Develop and maintain core documents and materials including a speaker’s bureau, briefing calendar and key reports.
  • Strong Communicator, especially in written form V
  • Very high level of attention to detail
  • Strong Organizational and Presentation skills
  • Seen as a trusted partner when curating customer engagements
  • Ability to work well with others, as this is a highly collaborative endeavor requiring buy-in from multiple stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 10+ years of EBC and relevant experience
  • Experience implementing and working with briefing technology
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and executives
  • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, displays executive presence
  • Comfortable working in a growth/transformation environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is:

  • California Bay Area: Base Salary Range $130,000 - $170,000

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital's bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
