We are seeking an accomplished technical leader to drive the adoption of cutting-edge analog mixed signal (AMS) solutions on a global scale. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a global team of AMS applications engineers and sales specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
What You Will Do
The Executive Director, AMS Technical Sales will lead and mentor a global team, develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of Synopsys' Analog Mixed Signal product lines, partner with R&D and Marketing to define and deliver compelling AMS solutions, and engage directly with strategic customers to understand their challenges and present technical solutions.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in analog mixed signal design, applications engineering, or technical sales roles
Deep technical expertise in AMS EDA tools, flows, methodologies, and semiconductor process technologies
Strong program management skills, with experience driving global initiatives from concept through execution
Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and deliver results for top-tier semiconductor clients
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at both technical and executive levels
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred Benefits
