The Role
Join Sustainable Talent—working as both an Executive Sourcing Recruiter and a Retained Search Specialist. This role will support the talent acquisition needs of a Fortune 20 automotive company, focusing on sourcing top-tier candidates for strategic, senior-level, and high-impact positions. You’ll work closely with hiring leaders, HR, and internal teams to ensure smooth, effective recruitment aligned with the client’s culture and business objectives.
You’ll need a deep understanding of executive search and the ability to implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent. Whether remote or hybrid (with occasional travel), this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to engage with one of the world's most respected automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Excellence: Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify top executive, technical, and professional candidates within the automotive and related sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with client hiring managers and stakeholders, providing consultative expertise on talent market trends and search strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop outreach strategies to attract passive candidates and ensure a positive, personalized candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research: Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis, with a focus on diversity to broaden the talent pool.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust talent pipeline, utilizing CRM, ATS, and other platforms to support current and future hiring needs.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple executive searches, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and business partners to align recruitment processes with client needs, offering recommendations on sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in retained executive search or senior-level recruiting, with a focus on sourcing for technical and professional roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred; familiarity with automotive talent needs is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, ATS, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and high-caliber candidates.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data, adjust sourcing strategies based on trends, and provide competitive insights.
